1JZ / 2JZ Turbo Water Line Fittings

JPN Performance has been working in collaboration with CKS Lab to develop the 1JZ / 2JZ Turbo Water Line Fittings.

These fittings have been designed to be a direct replacement of the OEM barb fittings and remove the need to drill and tap new fittings. These fittings will fit all 1JZ and 2JZ variants*.

The kit includes (sealant not included)

• 2x AN6 Male Fittings

We're currently experiencing hole dimension variances on the JZ water pipes, which means fitment is not guaranteed across all applications. In some cases, you may still need to tap a thread to install a separate threaded fitting. Installation Instructions

Warning: You MUST use Welsh plug sealant to install, see related picture

When removing old barbs, be careful not to elongate the holes, twist and pull as best as you can. After removing old barb fittings, apply Welsh plug sealant then gently tap fitting in with soft faced hammer or with wood in between hammer and fitting. Fittings should have some installation resistance and not be loose going in and out. Wait sealant recommended amount of time before filling up with coolant and running the motor.
