Aftermarket Parts:

    All aftermarket parts are sold for off-road use only.

    No refunds or returns are accepted for a change of mind.

Warranty and Liability:

    No warranty is provided on customer-supplied or second-hand parts.

    JPN Performance accepts no liability for mechanical failure of any components on modified vehicles.

    All modified vehicles or work performed on such vehicles are intended for off-road use only. The modification, removal, or disabling of any system or device used to control emissions is not accepted or allowable unless an engineering emission report has been supplied.

Dynamometer and Modifications:

    By accepting this invoice, the customer acknowledges that any vehicle operated on the dynamometer or modified in any way waives all legal rights for claims of future damage.

Consumer Rights:

For unmodified vehicles legal for highway use, all normal consumer rights are unaffected.
